Domestic orders: SF Express, JD Logistics, Debon Logistics and other mainstream carriers.
International orders: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT international express, or customer-designated logistics channels.
Large/bulk orders: Sea or air freight available, contact us for specific rates and timelines.
03Delivery Timelines
Standard products (in stock): Shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom products: 2-8 weeks depending on product complexity, as specified in the contract.
International shipping: Express delivery typically arrives in 3-7 business days; sea freight takes 2-6 weeks depending on destination.
04Shipping Costs
Sample orders: Shipping costs borne by the buyer, calculated based on weight and destination.
Bulk orders: Contact our sales team for specific shipping rates. Free shipping may be available for large orders.
Custom products: Shipping costs included in the total contract price or as otherwise agreed.
05Logistics Tracking
All shipped orders come with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the courier's website or by contacting us.
06Packaging Standards

07Inspection & Receipt
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If damaged or abnormal, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Complete inspection within 7 business days of receipt and report any issues promptly.
